Reading these comments make me think: Greeks say that we are Greeks, Serbians that we are Serbians from the south and Bulgarians hmm…well…can´t you all just make up your mind??I mean..this all just proves that ignorance and manipulation of history and avoidance of clear facts even in these days are wide spread among are fellow friends…why does the truth intimidates you? Why do you feel less worth as individuals and need to call a whole culture, the whole nation, for your own, why? Say to the Greeks what you all said here, and they will laugh at your face…just as I’m doing right now..and whole Macedonia.

If you really want to go back to you roots, I advise you to go back to the uygurian language and the REAL history of the Tatars…sorry, I mean Bulgarians

I agree with the last coment. Nothing else to say . Bulgaria is like grand mother if Macedonia.
TO MACEDONIANS - Please Stop Reeding MACEDONIANS History Books. Do not reed BULGARIAN History Books if you want. But please reed some European History Books. About the developpement of Europe. Go at year probably 1700-1800. Go in Bulgaria`s Section. Then go in Macedonia’s Section … * Oops sorry, there is no section named MACEDONIA * . Sorry about that, my fault.

Is in it funny How This new nation Macedonians think that our Bulgarian History is theirs .Even in their History books in school Have soooooo much lies and untrue facts, just so they can brainwash their children and make them believe that they are something else but not Bulgarians .Well sorry to burst your bubble Brothers and sisters but YOU are BULGARIANS.YOU speak OUR language and You Are born on OUR land.
The song is great and I am sooo proud to be a Bulgarian and CRY in the movie theatre when I hear it .

“As the composer of the music titled ?Message For The Queen,? I would like to make it clear that while the introduction expresses the woodwind melody present in many recorded versions of the song “Zajdi, Zajdi Jasno Sonce,” this music is equally based on Bulgarian traditional folk music.”

First lyric record of the song was published in Turnovo (Bulgaria) by Ljuben Karavelov in 1878.

The song is from Bulgaria.. the Macedonian nation was created in 1945. Before that they were Bulgarians (and still are..although quite brainwashed).

But indeed the composer has plagiarised not only from the movie Titus but also from our folklore.

I just want to make one remark on your comment about 300. Altough I agree about the song, you keep reffering it to as “a popular Bulgarian folk song from the Macedonian region”. It is however not an Bulgarian but Macedonian song from Macedonia, written and only performed by Alexandar Sarievski, now deceased. Otherwise very observant comment.
