My favorite, of many, is near the end after Conan and friends have readied their beachfront enclave for battle and the serpent people lead by James Earl Jones are riding hard to fight Conan.  Conan prays to his god Krom (spelling?) asking for victory indicating he understands that what matters most is that two stood against many.</description>
